Springhill Suites Herndon Reston

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites in Herndon for a business trip. The hotel offered great value for the price and the room was spacious, modern, and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and I appreciated the kitchen facilities and separated sitting area. The free wifi was a bonus and I loved that the windows could be opened for fresh air. The location was convenient, close to the airport and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet was rich and the staff, especially Valencia Pittman, were excellent and very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites and I was impressed with the clean and spacious suites. The room had a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, which was very convenient. The wifi worked well throughout the hotel, allowing me to stay connected. The breakfast was delicious and constantly replenished. The hotel also offers a shuttle service within a 4-mile radius, including the airport. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I had a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Calm hotel, all of the stuff where efficient and decent, magnificent location to the DC train. The food they offered was delicious, had lots of meals.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and public transportation. The surrounding area offers many dining and shopping options. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and kitchenettes. The staff is helpful and the breakfast has a good range of options. the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the Whiele subway station.

The soundproofing between floors could be improved.

It was beautifully designed, the room was practical and had a comfortable bed. Everything seemed fine, fairly clean. We received excellent service from the helpful staff.

As a disabled traveler, I really appreciated the helpful and accommodating staff at Springhill Suites. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The shuttle service they provided was particularly convenient, as it allowed me to easily access nearby areas, including the Metro. The staff even drove me to the bank when I needed to go. I can't thank Millie, Nancy, Rachel, Sandra, and Valencia enough for their exceptional service.

I felt incredibly fortunate to have discovered this hotel. I had absolutely no complaints about my stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, being so close to the subway station and the town center with its amazing dining options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a nice variety. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We even enjoyed the tasty suckers at the front desk. it was a wonderful experience.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was not reliable.

The hotel was fairly clean & the staff were best, the bed was very comfy. My room was fashionable and brand-new. Buffet breakfast was tasty and adequate.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location is fantastic. It's close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers, and there are several restaurants right across the street, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat. Secondly, the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. They were attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were top-notch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I loved the fact that they had kitchen facilities. It made our stay feel like a home away from home. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus!

All in all, there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, situated close to the airport and in the Reston area. It's also a short distance from the Herndon commercial area and the town center, which has a great selection of restaurants to choose from. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are in good condition, including the rooms with comfortable beds and kitchen facilities. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast included is a great perk.

We loved staying here due to its convenient location. The hotel is close to the airport and various events we attended in this city. Plus, the shuttle service to the subway station and surrounding areas was really helpful. We didn't have a car, but the hotel had parking available. The room was well-sized and had great Wi-Fi speeds. Additionally, the hotel has a clean lobby and dining area, and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed the free breakfast, which was one of the better ones we've encountered. We also appreciated the restaurants across the street, which made it easy to grab a quick coffee or meal.

Nothing not too like.

The location is great with easy access to the airport and Washington D.C. The staff is friendly and attentive. We found the bed very comfortable. Despite the noise of people walking on the floor above us, we had a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean suites, friendly staff, convenient location near Dulles airport and local companies. Shuttle service available for airport, Metro station, and within three miles. Metro ride to downtown Washington D.C. takes about 45 minutes.

The front desk staff could be more friendly and professional. Some of them were rude and unhelpful.
